I’m one of the founders of Camio, where we build computer vision software that watches video in real time to detect and act on what actually matters — policy deviations, safety issues, events worth a person’s attention.
Before Camio, I was a Director of Product Management at Google, working on Local Search, Google Maps, and Google Earth. Earlier, I was Director of Technical Evangelism at Microsoft.
I plan to post here about things I’ve learned or ideas that sparked curiosity. Whatever the subject, it’s something I’ve been thinking about long enough to want a URL that stays put when the aggregators move on.
